Interview With Annella (10 Questions to…)

Annella has always been one of my favourite Electro Swing artists. Passionate, creative, incredibly talented and charismatic. Almost every one of her songs totally captivates upon first listen and becomes memorable. Later, when I offered to interview her, she additionally turned out to be a wonderful, charming, genuinely loving person, full of warmth and an incredibly strong and independent woman. March is the month in which we celebrate International Women’s Day and I was very keen to publish this interview in this month. An interview with an inspiring woman, with an amazing life story, striving to achieve her every goal, full of love for music and for her loved ones and fans. Please read this interview with Annella and I am sure you will see all the charm she spreads around her. It gives me great pleasure to present 10 questions to… Annella!

01. LadyDot: Hi Annella! It’s a great pleasure for me to finally be able to interview you. You’re an incredibly inspiring and creative woman and I’m glad you took the time to answer my questions – even though I know you lead a very busy life. To start with, I’d like to ask you about when you decided to become a singer and discovered that you had an amazing vocal talent? Did you know right away that singing and performing on stage was what you wanted to do professionally?

Annella: Thank you so much for the invitation, I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to share my story. It truly is a pleasure.
My musical journey began when I was just 9 years old. Back then, I dreamed of becoming an opera singer because I quickly discovered that I could hit incredibly high notes. I was a little super soprano who absolutely loved singing as loud as I could. It didn’t always sound perfect, but I just couldn’t stop.
In our first family home, we had a large garden with a big apple tree right in the middle. While the other kids played typical childhood games, I was in my own world, creating my very own live concert setup. I used the garden broom as my microphone, the sun as my spotlight, and all the apples on the ground as my audience. I could spend hours like this, singing my heart out.

After a lot of “singing” (or more like screaming) in the garden, my dad started to see that I might actually have some talent. One day, I came to him with my very first song, titled “Please Be My Boy and I Am Your Girl.” It was inspired by Britney Spears, and I think he could see not only my love for music but also my wildly vivid imagination—even as a 9-year-old. That’s when he started taking me to the studio, signing me up for choir and singing lessons.

A few years later, my dad passed away, and it felt like my world turned upside down. I was forced to grow up quickly, and my music took a back seat for a while. It wasn’t until I turned 14 that I really started singing again—this time in more professional studios.
From the ages of 14 to 17, I was in the studio nearly every single day with a producer named Brian in Denmark. I would be there from 3 p.m. until midnight, then straight to school the next morning, and back to the studio. It became my life.
But when our collaboration ended, I didn’t get to keep any of the songs we had created together.
It was one of the biggest heartbreaks of my life. Those songs were like my teenage diary—my deepest thoughts and emotions put into music. To this day, I have not recovered any of those songs.
That experience taught me at a very young age that I had to rely on myself and become more business-minded. Unfortunately, not everyone has your best interests at heart. As artists, we tend to be hopeful, maybe even a bit naïve, and we’re often willing to do anything just to have the chance to make music.

No matter how hard life was, or how painful the losses, I always felt this unshakable calling. Especially after my father’s death, I felt it even stronger.
Two weeks before he passed away, I performed at a huge concert in front of 2,000 people. I was 14 years old, singing a jazz song I had written myself. After the performance, my dad came up to me and said:

“Promise me, no matter what happens, you will never give up on music. You have a talent that very few have. You can write and sing, and that is a gift from God.”

At the time, I didn’t quite understand why he was so insistent. But when he passed away, those words became my life’s mantra. I made a promise to him that I would never give up—and that promise has driven me ever since.
My dad had been a musician too, but he gave up on his dream to provide for his family. I feel like I owe it to him to keep going. Plus, I truly believe I have a calling. No matter how hard things get, I can’t seem to walk away from music. In fact, in my darkest times, my best ideas often emerge.
It feels like music chose me, and it’s a bond for life.

02. LadyDot: ‘Perfume’ (which has almost 6 million streams on Spotify, congratulations!), ‘Kisse Misse’, ‘Bass Me Baby’ and ‘Trouble’, which are your singles, can be considered the songs that contributed significantly to the popularisation of Electro Swing and totally captivated fans of this type of music. When and how did you become so enthralled with this musical genre that you decided that this was the style of music you wanted to create?

Annella: Thank you so much! First of all, I have to say that these songs would be nothing without my amazing producer, Thomas Feurer. He is the mastermind behind thise productions!
Thomas is a true musical genius, and we share the same work ethic and discipline. He was the first person I met on my journey who had an outstanding level of dedication and inspiration. There is something truly magical about the way he works in the studio—something that many simply do not possess. Together, we are an incredible team.

My musical journey really reignited after my father passed away. My dad was a saxophonist who played in many renowned bands in Kosovo during his youth. Some of my most cherished memories of him are when he would play the saxophone, especially when I was very young.
I grew up in a refugee camp in Denmark something called Sandholmlejeren from the age of 1 to 7, as my parents had fled the war in Kosovo. Despite the harsh environment of the camp, my dad would sit for hours with a towel around his neck, playing his saxophone. Those melodies turned the most difficult surroundings into moments of beauty. Some of my most treasured musical memories come from those times.

After my father’s passing, I spent years experimenting with music. I could never really commit to just one genre—I fell in love with all of them. That’s something you can clearly hear in my music catalog today. I’ve released a lot of different styles, but no matter what, I always found my way back to jazz, especially the horns instruments that felt like my father’s soul speaking to me. Whenever I heard a saxophone, I was instantly captivated.
Years later, I began studying music at the alternative music conservatory in Denmark, where I met my music teacher, Lars Hartvig. I hadn’t heard the sound of a real saxophone in the room since my childhood, and then, during a band rehearsal, Lars suddenly started playing. I was so moved—overwhelmed with a mix of joy and sadness. It was a clear sign to me: I needed saxophone in my music.

Lars also fell in love with my voice, and we quickly decided to collaborate. Our music naturally evolved into a mix of pop and jazz. At the time, I had no idea that “electro swing” was even a thing. I showed Lars Christina Aguilera’s Back to Basics album, which was my favorite, and told him I wanted to create something in that style. Our first song together was “Bass Me Baby,” and that’s how the adventure began.

When Thomas joined the team, everything reached a whole new level. He is a next-level producer—so humble and always focused on making sure the artist is happy. His humility is rare for a producer of his caliber. From day one, he has surrounded me with so much love and support. He taught me that as an artist and front figure, my satisfaction is key, and I am forever grateful for all he has taught me.
And if that wasn’t enough, on top of being a music genius and on of the world’s best producer, Thomas also plays the saxophone! It felt like the universe was guiding me in a specific direction. Now I had two partners, Lars and Thomas, who both played the saxophone. I had my father’s spirit, and my own love for jazz—all the pieces were falling into place.

The three of us simply created what we loved the most. Both Lars and Thomas allowed me to be fully myself with all my crazy ideas and big visions. They didn’t try to tone me down—in fact, they loved my extra and lavish nature. Especially Thomas, who encouraged me to be as bold as I wanted. He never tried to tame me or my voice, and that is such a rare gift as an artist.
Working with them feels like destiny. I feel like I have my father with me through the music, and I’m surrounded by people who genuinely understand and embrace my artistry. It’s more than just a collaboration—it’s a musical family.

03. LadyDot: Some time ago I had the opportunity to interview Thomas Feurer (11 Acorn Lane, Intended Immigration), who spoke with admiration about working with you, about your amazing visions, vocals and work ethic. Now I’d like to ask you about it – how do you recall working with Thomas, who produced your tracks, including ‘Kisse Misse’ and ‘Trouble’? Do you plan to work together on your next song?

Annella: Yes, Thomas is truly amazing! As I mentioned earlier, Thomas is a massive inspiration to me. I was introduced to him through an incredibly talented figure in the electro-swing scene. At first, Thomas was quite busy and felt that what Lars and I were doing was already good.
But once I heard Thomas’ productions, I fell completely in love. I just knew that he was the missing piece. What Lars and I had created was good, but it needed Thomas’ magic touch to take it to the next level.
Around that time, I decided to go to the US for a few months to network, make connections, and just get a feel for the music industry over there. I spent three months in LA and another three months in New York.

While I was in New York, I reached out to Thomas and asked if I could invite him for a coffee. I honestly just wanted to pick his brain about the music world over there and maybe network a bit because I didn’t know anyone!
Thomas, being the incredibly kind person he is, said yes. We are both extremely punctual, which I absolutely love, so we showed up on time, and from the moment we walked into the café, we couldn’t stop talking. It was like we had known each other for years.
We connected on so many levels. We were both born in Switzerland, we’re both obsessed with music, we love horns, and we’re both total music nerds. We had planned for a two-hour meeting, but it ended up lasting over six hours. We just couldn’t stop! Thomas even walked me home, and before we knew it, we had already planned to meet up in his studio to jam and see if we could create something together.
The next morning, I showed up at his studio with a to-do list of everything I hoped we could achieve that day. The first thing Thomas did was laugh, and my initial thought was, “Oh no, Annella, you scared him away with your punctuality!” But then he said, “Love it!” and showed me his own to-do list for the day. We both cracked up, and from that moment on, we bonded even more.
We ended up creating pure magic together. Thomas had set up the coziest and most welcoming environment for me, so I instantly felt at home. On top of that, his wonderful wife welcomed me into their home as if I were part of the family. That’s where our adventure truly began, and from there, we created all the music that the world gets to hear today.

I am eternally grateful to Thomas for opening up his home to me, for teaching me so much, and for showing me that not everyone in the music industry has bad intentions. He taught me how to be independent and to do things on my own, and together we became this little powerhouse team. It was one of the best periods of my life. And yes, I can let you in on a little secret—we’re already working on something new! I am so, so excited, and I genuinely can’t wait for everyone to hear it. Stay tuned!

04. LadyDot: As well as collaborating with Thomas Feurer, you also had a great collaboration with German duo Balduin, resulting in the fantastic single ‘Oops Sorry’. What artist, not necessarily Electro Swing, would you like to collaborate with one day?

Annella: Yes, OMG, the Balduin boys are so incredibly talented!
They are not only super sweet but also insanely skilled and top-level professionals. We started following each other on social media, and they left a comment on my song “A Brand New Day.” I replied, saying I would absolutely love to collaborate with them, and to my delight, they felt the same way. That’s how it all started!
They sent me the instrumental, and I wrote the lyrics and melody. When they heard it, they loved it, and everything just fell into place so effortlessly. It was one of those “meant to be” moments.
I absolutely love when things happen naturally and without stress—it’s a sign of real creative synergy. Just easy!
After our first track, we went on to create “Lovin’ You” together, and it was the same smooth and inspiring process. The same thing happened when I worked with Riff Kitten, one of the sweatest humans I have ever talked tooooo so so so humble!.
I am at a place in my career where I genuinely want to collaborate with everyone in the electro-swing scene. My big dream is to bring this genre into the mainstream because, believe it or not, so many people still don’t know about electro-swing. The more we collaborate and share the music, the broader the reach and the bigger the impact we can make.
Plus, there is SO much talent within this unique genre! I also have a big dream of working with legends like Parov Stelar, Alice Francis, Caro Emerald, Swingrowers, 11 Acorn Lane, Wolfgang Lohr, and many more. I would be so honored to collaborate with these stars one day—I know we would absolutely kill it! And this is just the tip of the iceberg; there are so many incredible artists in the scene.
On top of that, I have a huge dream of collaborating with the Albanian superstar Tayna. I am obsessed with her! She is a true star and has had a massive global hit in Albanian this year SI AI, helping to bring the Albanian language onto the world stage. It’s so inspiring! I am soooo proud off her!
I’d also love to work with artists like Dafina, Dhurata Dora, Era Istrefi… honestly, I could go on forever! The list of artists I admire is long, and I am so excited about all the possibilities the future holds. The beauty of music is that it brings people together, and I can’t wait to see which collaborations and creative adventures are ahead.

05. LadyDot: Okay, as a huge fan of yours I just have to ask this question: when can we expect the release of your first full-length album? Are you planning to release it in the near future, or do you want to focus on releasing and promoting your singles and making music videos now?

Annella: Thank you sooooo much for the support!
It truly means the world to me. I would absolutely love to create my first album, and it will definitely happen! However, my biggest challenge right now is that I’m completely obsessed with everything that comes with releasing singles. I love making music videos, dressing up, and creating tons of photoshoots—you might have noticed that. Haha!
I’ve found myself in this amazing release rhythm where I get to go all out for every single song. I love being able to fully glam up, create wild video productions, and build an entire visual universe for each track. Right now, I find it difficult to commit to just one look or theme for an entire album. I feel like every song deserves its own extravagant visual production, cover art, and unique concept.
For me, music and visuals go hand in hand. I’m absolutely passionate about expressing myself through clothing, makeup, and creative locations. I genuinely believe that my lyrics, my songs, and my entire artistic vision come to life when paired with strong visuals. I already see the music video in my head as soon as I write the chorus of a new song!
But of course, an album is on the horizon. I just need to find two extra days in my crazy weekly schedule to make it happen. My life is so full-on right now, but I promise it’s coming. I’m so excited for when the time is right to dive into creating a full album.

06. LadyDot:  In 2021, you released your first single in Albanian – ‘Je Vetëm Ti’ – and later regularly released songs in the language, such as the great, danceable ‘Ska Mo’ and the very pop song ‘Luj Luj’. When I first listened to these songs, the first thing that came to mind was the question: have you ever thought about representing Albania at the Eurovision Song Contest? That would be great!

Annella: Thank you so much! I’ve had so many people ask me if I’d ever represent Denmark, Kosovo, or Switzerland at Eurovision—and I would absolutely love to! Right now, though, my main focus is just releasing as much music as possible. Every time I create and release a new song, I feel like I’m discovering more and more about myself as an artist.
I would be so proud to represent any of those three countries because I feel deeply connected to all of them. If the opportunity arises and the song is right—something I truly identify with—then I would be all in, no doubt about it!
But for now, my focus is taking it one release at a time. I want to keep that creative flow going and just share as much of my music as I can. So, get ready because I am definitely going to spam you with new tracks and videos this year! Haha!

07. LadyDot: Many people reading this interview would certainly like to know what music you listen to on a daily basis, what artists inspire you and what songs are most often played in your home?

Annella: Yes, I am completely obsessed with all the great pop queens throughout history!
Mariah Carey is my ultimate guru—her voice, her songwriting, everything about her is pure magic. I’m also hugely inspired by Christina Aguilera, Beyoncé, Adele, Amy Winehouse, Ariana Grande, Britney Spears, Celine Dion, Nina Simone, Ella Fitzgerald, and Shirley Bassey. These women are powerhouses who have shaped my musical journey in so many ways.

Lately, as I mentioned earlier, I’ve been listening to a lot of Albanian artists. Tayna, Dhurata Dora, Era Istrefi, Dafina, and Yll Limani are all on repeat. They bring such a fresh and authentic energy to the music scene, and I love how they are putting Albanian music on the global map.
But I have this quirky side to me—I also love complete silence. I know it might sound strange, but silence allows me to think clearly and really listen to my own inner voice. When I’m in a songwriting phase, I can go weeks without listening to any music. I want everything I create to come from a place deep within me, without being influenced by anything else.

There are even weeks where I don’t listen to music at all—except when I’m running. When I run, I need that energy boost, so I usually listen to Hedegaard or Cancun. It really helps me run those extra miles!

I have a super broad taste in music, and as I’ve mentioned before, I love all genres. Over the past year, I’ve become completely obsessed with the Amapiano genre. It has such a unique vibe, and I’ve even started blending it into my own music. I think it’s important to keep evolving as an artist, and exploring new sounds is a big part of that for me.

08. LadyDot: Last September you published the first episode of your YouTube vlog, in which you showcase your beautiful fairytale life in Dubai and Denmark, the power of femininity, independence and your passions and numerous travels. I’m very curious, when did you get the idea to start vlogging? How do you prepare the episodes? Do you write a script first or is the vlog recorded spontaneously by you?

Annella: Thank you so much for mentioning my vlog!
It truly means the world to me. I’m honestly blown away by all the love and support I’ve received since starting my vlog. In under five months, I’ve already gained 10,000 followers, which feels absolutely surreal. I always thought, “Who would even want to follow my life?” I genuinely didn’t think anyone would care.

But people like Thomas Feurer, my husband, and so many of my friends have been telling me for years to start a vlog channel. Even Thomas and I did a few behind-the-scenes vlogs a while back, showing the making of “Perfume” and a few others, but that was 7-8 years ago. I knew how much work went into creating vlogs, especially the long-form lifestyle vlogs I do now, and it always felt a bit overwhelming.
The real turning point came during a conversation with my husband. We were out for dinner, and I kept seeing how often my followers asked about my personal life. Every time I shared a glimpse into my everyday life—how I make my coffee, my workout routine, what it’s like living in Dubai—those were the posts that got the most engagement. It became clear that people were genuinely curious about my life beyond the music.
I also have a friend who started vlogging, and seeing her take the leap gave me the final push I needed. I respect her so much, and watching her step into the vlogging world made me think, “Okay, it’s time. Let’s do this!”

The main goal and focus of my Annella Vlog Channel is to be as real, raw, and honest as possible. This is where my followers get to see the woman behind the mask—the girl behind the glamour. My image is often very polished and glamorous because, well, I love being extra! But through my vlogs, I want to show the real me, the person behind the sparkle.

There’s a huge misconception that I’m signed to a major label or have a big team managing my career and brand. But the truth is, it’s just me. I’ve learned to do everything myself to maintain the quality and pace of my releases. My vlog gives people a peek behind the scenes, and the fact that people are genuinely interested in seeing that is incredibly motivating.
Vlogging has become a full-time job. I edit everything myself—I’m now a full-time video editor, too! I don’t use a script or have a specific plan for my vlogs. My life is usually so structured and scheduled, but my vlog is my creative freedom. I just pick up the camera and document my life as it unfolds. I share my deep thoughts, show my bare face without makeup, and express my gratitude for life.
I also see my vlog as a kind of visual diary. When I’m 80 years old, I’ll be able to look back and see my life as it was. My only regret is that I didn’t start sooner. It’s so much fun to watch my own growth and evolution, and it feels like I’m finally letting people see the real me—and that is such a beautiful feeling.

I always try to share as much knowledge as possible with my followers.
Whether it’s makeup tips, hair advice, recipes, or private storytimes about my life, I’m all about giving back. In every vlog, I focus on either teaching something valuable or simply entertaining my audience. It’s really important to me that people either learn something new or leave with a smile on their face.I absolutely love giving—it’s my love language! There’s something so fulfilling about sharing my experiences, my tips, and my stories with others.
My content is also very diverse. You can expect to see literally everything! I don’t hold back—there’s no specific theme or red thread connecting everything. My vlog is my playground, a space where I can explore, experiment, and just be myself.
I want my viewers to feel like they are on this journey with me, experiencing life’s ups and downs, the glamorous moments, and the raw, unfiltered ones too. It’s all about authenticity and creating a space where anything goes. And I think that’s what makes it so much fun—for me and hopefully for everyone watching!

09. LadyDot: When I discovered that for the video for ‘S’arrij’ you also did video editing & colour grading, in addition to taking care of your make-up, hair and styling, I was even more convinced that you are a totally independent woman for whom nothing is impossible, wow! I wonder how you manage to balance your private life with your artistic work so well? How do you organise all this to have some time for yourself? Do you follow a daily plan that you set in advance?

Annella: Yes, haha, sometimes I don’t even know if I’m an artist or a full-time video editor, manager, promoter, makeup artist, label, CEO, content manager, stylist, seamstress, color grader, photographer, or video and music producer! I don’t know my job title sometimes! haha
I wear all the hats—and I’ve been doing it for over 15 years now. I’ve always been deeply involved in every aspect of my creative process. I taught myself everything through YouTube. Anything I didn’t know, I learned by watching tutorials. That’s how I learned to do makeup, design costumes, edit videos, color grade, and pretty much everything else.

I quickly realized that as an artist, you can become very dependent on other people, and that stressed me out. So, when I was just 18, I invested in my first music studio, with all the equipment I needed. I completely transformed my childhood bedroom into a professional studio.
And now, I run Annella Productions, where I’ve opened my own label and release some of my music independently. When I met my husband, he had never even taken a professional photo—he was a family man and businessman. Now, he’s my professional photographer and cameraman! He’s been “forced” into capturing all my content, and he only gets paid with my love. Haha! Okay, he actually loves it, but yes, I definitely put him to work.
For the tasks I can’t do myself, I hire professionals. I bring in music producers, mixers, mastering engineers, dancers, and videographers when it’s a bigger production. Many people think that as artists, all we do is create art. But in today’s industry, we are practically required to do everything ourselves. The more you can handle on your own, the better off you are as an artist.

It’s almost become a necessity. It’s not enough to “just” make music witch is an fulltime job on its one! . You need to be able to write your own songs, be the front figure, share your bleeding heart with the world, and tell your stories. At the same time, you need to take a cold, analytical look at the numbers and data—seeing how your “baby” is performing on platforms like Spotify, and youtube.
Stille keep on going, without being effected by the cold numbers! Keep up the work!
It’s such a balancing act. You need to be both the artist and the business mind behind it all. And that can be tough, especially because most of us artists are very sensitive. It’s our sensitivity that makes us so good at our art, but it also makes it difficult to separate our emotions from the business side of things.
I had to learn the hard way, which is why I handle 90% of everything you see myself. The remaining 10% I outsource simply because there aren’t enough hours in the day.
I truly hope to find an artist manager soon because I just don’t have enough time to do everything I want. I have to admit, the more my career grows, the more help I need. It would be amazing to have an extra set of eyes and hands to help take everything to the next level.
It can get a bit lonely making all the creative decisions on my own. It would be such a relief to have someone I trust by my side, helping me bring my visions to life—even bigger and better!

Yes, I absolutely live by my to-do list!I also have a weekly plan where I write down everything I need to accomplish. Without it, I wouldn’t be able to keep up with my schedule. Every year, I create a detailed release plan for my music and videos. My goal is to release a new song and video production every 7-8 weeks and drop a 30-minute vlog every Sunday.
Without a solid weekly plan, none of this would be possible. I’ve trained myself to maintain discipline and stick to a well-structured plan. It’s all about being consistent and organized.
I truly believe that if you have a good and realistic plan, you can make anything happen. It’s about setting clear goals and breaking them down into actionable steps. When you combine that with a strong work ethic and a bit of creativity, the sky’s the limit!

My husband definitely knows he’s married to a workaholic! He’s pretty lucky, though, because he gets to have two girlfriends in one. There’s “Annella,” the lady who loves being at home, embracing her feminine energy, and letting him take the lead. And then there’s the artist—who is a total control freak!
But hey, that’s just part of the package. He gets the best of both worlds, and we make it work. It’s all about balance. I think he secretly enjoys the ride, even if it means putting up with my endless to-do lists and creative madness.
You’ve got to take the sweet with the sour, right? Haha!

10. LadyDot: My favourite question, which I ask every artist at the end of an interview, for which I would like to thank you once again! What are your plans for the future? I know you’ve already started preparing for your wedding (congratulations, I hope everything will be just as you dreamed it would be!), which is due to take place this year, so you must be very busy. And what comes next? Maybe some kind of tour? Or do you have a completely different plan that you want to share with us?

Annella: YAAAA! OMG, I can’t believe I’m getting married!
My husband proposed to me three years ago, but we’ve been waiting two years for our dream location—one of Denmark’s most beautiful castles. We’ve rented the entire castle, and I get to live out my ultimate Cinderella dream for three whole days! I mean, seriously, it’s a fairytale come true, and I still can’t wrap my head around the fact that it’s actually happening.
I’m also sharing every step of the journey with my followers on my Annella Vlogs. I’ve already posted my engagement party and a lot of the wedding preparations on Annella Vlogs, but there’s so much more to come. I want everyone to feel like they’re right there with me, experiencing all the magic.
Yes, planning a wedding is a huge amount of work, but I’m getting there. There are still a few details to finalize, but I just can’t wait to marry my best friend. It feels so special to share this chapter of my life with everyone.

I also designed my own wedding dress! I can’t wait to show it to the world. It’s been one of the biggest challenges outfit I’ve ever taken on because I had to decide whether the dress should be artistic, elegant, or sexy. The truth is, I embody all of these elements, so of course, I ended up with two dresses! Haha, I just couldn’t choose!
I’m so pleased with how they turned out. I feel like the dresses truly represent who I am. Designing them was such a personal and creative journey. I wanted every detail to reflect my style and my personality, and I think I’ve achieved that.
I’m beyond excited to wear them on my special day and share this part of my story with everyone. It feels like the perfect blend of my artistic soul and my fairytale dream. I hope they make me feel as magical as I’ve always imagined!
And beyond the wedding, I’m currently planning seven extravagant music video productions for this year. Plus, I’m super excited to see where my vlog channel takes me next. Once the wedding is over, my husband and I will sit down and start planning a tour!
I can’t wait to get out there and meet my amazing followers in person. Performing live is the ultimate goal for me. It’s the whole reason behind everything I do—the studio sessions, the songwriting, creating all the visuals—it all leads up to that moment on stage. Seeing how people respond to my music, sharing those real-life moments, and feeling that connection is what completes the circle for me.
Being on stage, singing my stories, and sharing my art is what makes life worth living. It’s what drives me. It’s why I wake up every day and pour my whole soul into my music. Everything I do is in the name of music!
Thank you so, so much for these wonderful questions! Many of them touched on topics I’ve never been asked about before, and it’s been such a pleasure to share new parts of my story. I truly appreciate your time, your thoughtfulness, and for giving me this opportunity.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
With love,
Annella 💕
