Redi-canDance – Electro Swing Dancer
Redi-canDance is 31 years old, lives in Bristol, in the South of England and he shuffled onto the Neoswing scene at the ripe old age of 30. Finally he decided to make something of his passion for this genre of music and the performance that has come from it.
He has lived with dyspraxia for his whole life, a neurological disorder which impacts movement and coordination. This has always affected his confidence, causing him to struggle with certain activities (e.g. running, climbing, swimming, etc.) and find difficulty in maintaining commitments to things.
Overtime, with his enthusiasm growing from watching other swing dancers and his desire to start finding hobbies which could make him feel good, ‘Redi-canDance’ was born. This marked a new chapter in his life; one where he has confidence in his own abilities and will hopefully inspire others to do the same – regardless of circumstance.
He has certainly come a long way since the ‘dad-dancing’ he was once known for and he do not plan to stop until he drops! 🎬🎺💃🎷🕺🎥
